- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was desirous of purchasing a knee support from this shop, on 06/06/17. I selected an item but wished to make an inquiry with a staff member. There was only one assistant, a female, on the floor and while I was present she was involved in a private chit-chat with another woman - an obvious friend. She ignored me. I took the item up to a counter but the four female attendants behind that counter ignored me and refused to make eye contact with me. After some time, I ended up becoming frustrated and returned the item, I was contemplating buying, back to the shelf. It appears staff at that shop are only interested in attending to customers with prescriptions. Both the wife and I did use that shop for our prescriptions - but not any more.
